You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “Situk River Boards” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “Situk River Boards” has the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “Situk River Boards” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.
“Situk River Boards” retains the right to edit or remove any user name and its associated account if such a user name is, in the sole opinion of “Situk River Boards” offensive, inappropriate or refelcts negatively on “Situk River Boards” or its members.
Prohibition Against Spamming
Posts made for express advertising purposes (commonly reefed to as Spam,), without obtaining prior documented approval form “Situk River Boards” will be billed at the rate of $75(USD)per day. The poster, by agreeing to these terms agrees to make payment withing 30 calendar days of such posts. This does not include casual reference to or discussion of goods, services, occupations or businesses in the normal discourse on “Situk River Boards”.
